RepWorx, a manufacturer's rep of name brand products, was looking for a way to help promote a new hot beverage cup that Huhtamaki, one of their manufacturers, was struggling to bring to market. NWG was contacted to assist with putting together an affordable mailer utilizing file photography from the cup manufacturer. NWG proposed a reply card mailer that would allow coffee shops to receive a free sleeve of the new cups by responding. When the coffee shop owners responded, a sales rep set an appointment to deliver the cups and gained an opportunity to to have face time with the owners. The campaign was an overwhelming success with a response rate of better than 3%!
When long-time client O'Brien Construction Company, Inc. decided to have a hospitality suite for their trade show event, they turned to NWG for help with an announcement. The look needed to be professional while projecting a "party" atmosphere. Leveraging a combination of stock art illustrations, combined with original art, a playful mailer was created. Taking advantage of their investment, the art was also utilized in directional signage at the event.
There are many art fairs held throughout the year, some better organized than others. Ann Arbor, Michigan based The Guild of Artists and Artisans is among the best organizers of professional, juried art fairs. NWG had been working with the MGA&A on promoting their events for a couple of years. Art for an event's promotion traditionally was provided by an artist from within The Guild, so it was truly an honor when they selected NWG to create an original work of art to promote the Southfield Art Fair. The event was to be held at the new, beautifully renovated, Southfield Public Library. A mailer, poster, and several newspaper ads were run, drawing crowds to the two day event.
